Bishop Charles & Evangelist Darlene Carroll

Bishop Charles E. Carroll and Evangelist Darlene Carroll met at Lighthouse Apostolic Church in Annapolis, Maryland. They were both saved and water baptized in the Name of Jesus under the late Bishop William Gerald at Lighthouse Apostolic Church. They both were educated in the Anne Arundel Public Schools. Bishop Carroll went on to attend Frostburg State University in Maryland where he was a member of the Frostburg State University men’s basketball team.

Bishop Carroll earned his Bachelor of Biblical Studies from Apostolic International Christian College via Way of the Cross Church located in Washington, DC. Bishop Carroll and Evangelist Carroll study the word of God daily, attend trainings and conferences as their quest for increased knowledge of God’s word to answer the call of God for their life and ministry. In 2001 Bishop Carroll was ordained to the office of Elder under the Bibleway Churches of Our Lord Jesus Christ under the leadership of Huie Rogers in New Jersey.

Bishop Carroll was consecrated to the office of Bishop on July 5, 2017, under the leadership of Bishop Roan Faulkner, Senior Pastor of Faith Christian Center Church International in Baltimore, Maryland.

Bishop and Lady Carroll have over thirty (30) years ministry and over twenty (20) as the Senior Pastors of New Creations Deliverance World Outreach Ministries, Inc. which they are the founders. New Creations Deliverance World Outreach Ministries, Inc. which is located 1840 Margaret Avenue in Annapolis, Maryland.

Bishop Charles and Evangelist Darlene Carroll are also the founders of several ministries throughout Jamaica and the West Indies. Bishop and Evangelist Darlene Carroll along with their church family enjoys Outreach within their communities near their church. Evangelist Darlene Carroll has been the proprietor and director of Precious Moments Daycare, Inc. of Annapolis, Maryland for over twenty-five (25) years. Evangelist Carroll used every opportunity within her professional career to share the Gospel with anyone who is willing to listen and seeks God for the Lord and Savior. 

Bishop and Evangelist Carroll preaching, and teaching styles complement each other, and they love sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. Bishop and Evangelist Carroll are well known and respected throughout their community. Bishop has comforted countless families in their community during periods of bereavement and a variety of challenging moments in their life. Evangelist Carroll exudes tremendous joy and empathy for the homeless, mentally ill, the youth, single mothers, and the elderly as she operates as an Evangelist while spreading the Gospel.
